For an excellent source of media websites look no further than the News Services pages on the Parliamentary Intranet.  This is only available via PDVN, of course, but this does include "remote" users based in offices outside the parliamentary estate and who have PDVN access.  For those having trouble with the reliability of PDVN, see the lists below for immediate access.

This will lead you to a comprehensive list of media websites.  Here are some of them which, if you are a remote PDVN user and experiencing problems, you can access directly from here now.

ABYZ News Links - contains links to newspapers and news sources from around the world.

Kiddon Media-Link - links to International newspapers, magazines, television, radio and more.

Media UK Internet Directory - is an independent media directory for the UK. Listing websites, addresses, telephone numbers and more for all areas of the online media, it's your one-stop media portal.

Newspaper Society - the NS website is the gateway to Britain's regional newspaper industry. It is a trade association site, offering facts and figures on every aspect of regional newspaper publishing as well as direct links to over 700 newspaper websites. 

The Paper Boy - searchable directory of newspapers from around the world.
