Our advice is to develop a close working relationship with your local CAB.  In many cases they will have much more expertise than you with particular issues and will be pleased to help with the detailed work.  In return you can use your contacts with Agencies, Government Departments, Local Authorities to help unblock "stuck" constituency casework.
