January 2004 The list of hotline numbers is safely located on the Parliamentary Intranet (PDVN) where they can be seen by anyone with a parliamentary email address. The list is available there in both PDF and Word format and there are three ways of accessing the list: 1. The
short way (if you are now on PDVN) is by clicking on either of the links below: 2.
The longer way is to go to the Site Site Index on PDVN, click on letter 'D', and select either the PDF or
the Word version as shown here: 3.

Click on: To repeat, you need to be working on PDVN now to make these connections. These are for the use of MPs, MEPs (**see below) and their staff ONLY. DO NOT disclose these numbers to members of the public or to staff in other agencies or the facility may be withdrawn. The list is updated when there are changes and represents the latest information we have. If you spot any mistakes or know of any other useful hotline numbers please let us know, using the website's Feedback Form. We have been asked by one or two agencies to encourage MPs, MEPs and their staff to be sure to use these hotline numbers and NOT the numbers available for the general public. Here's what they say:
